Heat-stable Phytase

Heat-stable Phytase

Overview

Our heat-stable phytase is a new generation of phytase without coating, which made from heat resistant strain through liquid submerged fermentation techniques and post-treatment process, it has a high intrinsic resistance to heat during the feed manufacturing process.

Definition of enzyme activity

As GB/T 18634-2009, one phytase activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1µmol inorganic phosphorus from 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytate solution per minute at 37℃ and pH 5.5.

Characteristics

High stability

●  Fermentation Process:automatic liquid submerged fermentation based on information processing of cell physiology and engineering.

●  Post-treatment: distinctive post-treatment production process, improve the heat stability of phytase.

●  The certification systems ensure the stability of product batches.

High heat resistance

●  Survival rate of enzyme activity can be up to above 80% under the condition of high temperature pelleting during the feed manufacturing process.

●  Adopt a new generation of non coated heat-stable phytase, which has better temperature tolerance.

High applicability

●  Heat-stable phytase has a wide range of pH, which is more suitable for animal gastrointestinal environment;

●  Better resistance to endogenous enzymes (pepsase and trypsase).

●  The optimum temperature is close to the animal physiological conditions.

Functions

●  Hydrolyze phytate in feeds, release digestible phosphorus and increase the utilization of phosphorus in the feed.

●  Improve the availability of nutrients such as minerals and proteins, and enhance general animal functions.

●  Reduce the excretion of phosphorus and benefit the environment.
