Xylanase

Xylanase

Overview

Our xylanase is made from excellent strain through liquid submerged fermentation techniques. It has characteristics of high stability, wide pH and natural temperature tolerance. This product is a kind of endo xylanase which degrades the linear polysaccharide beta-1, 4-xylan into xylose, has high hydrolysis on soluble and insoluble xylanase.

Definition of enzyme activity

As GB/T 23874-2009, one xylanase activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1µmol reducing sugar from 5.0mg/ml xylan solution per minute at 37℃ and pH 5.5.

Characteristics

●  Higher endo- / exo-xylanase activity.

●  High efficacy on both soluble and insoluble xylans.

●  High stability, survival rate of enzyme activity can be up to above 75% under the condition of high temperature and humidity.

●  Wide range of pH (3.0-7.0), which is more suitable for animal gastrointestinal environment;

●  Better resistance to pepsase and trypsase,enzyme activity is unaffected under various pH conditions.

Functions

●  Reduce viscosity of chyme to improve nutrient utilization of feed;

●  Increase cereal by-product usage and reduce feed cost.

●  Enhance feed quality, improve animal growth performance;

●  Improve the intestinal microecology, enhance animal disease resistance.
