Cellulase
Overview
Our Cellulase is made from excellent strains through liquid submerged fermentation techniques and post-treatment process, which has high fermentation enzyme activity. As a kind of multi-component compound bio-enzyme catalyst, cellulase can catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose and generate short fiber, cellose, glucose, etc. It can improve the hydrolysis of cellulose in the diet greatly.
Definition of enzyme activity
As Q/371526ABK009-2014, one cellulase activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1µmol reducing sugar from 4.0 mg/mL sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution per minute at 37℃ and pH 5.5.
Characteristics
● Advanced full-automatic liquid submerged fermentation techniques and leading post-treatment process, which ensure product high purity, high stability and good homogeneity.
● Strong resistance to high temperature and high humidity, the survival rate of enzyme activity can be up to above 85% under the condition of feed pelleting, which can ensure the application effect in the granular feed.
● Good resistance to pepsase、trypsase、high concentration of metal ion, and inhibitory factor.
● Wide range of pH and temperature range, which is more suitable for use in the feed.
Functions
● Degrade the cellulose in the plant feedstuff, break the plant cell wall, promote, improve the utilization of nutrients in the feed;
● Improve the activity of endogenous enzyme in the digestive tract, promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients;
● The use of cellulase increases the utilization of cellulose in the feed up to above 30%, which saves a lot of feed grain and reduces the feed cost;
● Decrease cellulose’s physical injury to animal intestines, reduce intestinal diseases.

Dosage
10000U/g (mL) cellulase: 30-50g (mL)/ ton of complete feed (g/T).
Storage and Shelf life
Stored in a shady, airy and dry place, keep away form poisonous and harmful substance.
Shelf life: 12 months for solid products and 6 months for liquid products in original packing under proper conditions.
